Moonshadow Cafe -In Progress-
Moonshadow Cafe was created by Kira Stout and is developed by Haunted Fox Studios.
My primary responsibilities for this game included;Design and creation of 3D prop assetsDesign and creation of Foliage assetsDesign and blueprinting for the Gardening System
Each design was created by me, using mental references for the most part. Where references were used, they will be included.
Whisperbark Shavings
Shavings from the Whisperbark tree and a crafting item for the game.Created based on Victorian-style glass bottles.
FaeLavender Sprigs

The reference for this model is an Adobe Stock image of a lavender plant. This was to provide a reference for the leaves and how the clusters on the plant work. For the plants in the game, I wanted to stick as close to realism as possible while still giving some fantasy whimsy.
Wyrdhoney Pot
Wyrdhoney, collected from Wyrdbees. A crafting Material.Design was based on hand-dipped glazed pots. The pot's design was based on pot glazing that I have seen from many ceramists on TikTok, with none being a specific pot or crafter. The flowers on the pot was based on the Plumeria flower native to Hawai'i.
Starwhisper Sugar
Starwhisper Sugar is a crafting ingredient.The sugar cubes were based on shaped sugar cubes you can find online, nothing too specific. The bowl itself was also generic and was based on a standard wooden bowl. 
Moonmilk
Moonmilk sourced from Lunar Doe. A crafting material.Based on old glass milk bottles delivered by milkmen in the late 19th century and early 20th century. The specific square body shape was loosely based on the Shatto Milk company bottles produced in Osborn, Missouri. This milk company is local to me and I purchase the bottles regularly.
Shadowbean Coffee
A crafting material. Based on burlap coffee bean bags. These bags were traditionally used to export green coffee beans and didn't use a real reference.

Shadowbean Espresso
A crafting material.The Shadowbean espresso model was based on the Shadowbean bags, folded open and with ground coffee inside. Loosely based on an image from Adobe Stock.
Bluedream Petals
Bluedream petals and the vines they grow on. A crafting material and environmental asset.The Bluedream petals were created based on a 2D design created by a former intern on the project. (Moonshadow Cafe Team, 2025). I updated the design with a celestial theme, a common theme on the project, and a new mesh. I also used SpeedTree to create the vines that the Bluedream flowers grew on, creating two different meshes, one that grows on the ground and another hanging vine. 
Mistleaf Leaves and Plant
A crafting material and environmental asset.
The Mistleaf petals were created based on the Heart-leaf Philodendron (Philodendron cordatum). I created two meshes: a leaf and the actual plant to be placed in the environment using SpeedTree. 
Rootleaf Grass
A crafting material and environmental asset. Based on the leaves of Begonia amphioxus. I created the original mesh and then used SpeedTree to create a grass mesh to place in the environment.
FaeLavender Latte
A craftable drink.
The FaeLavender Latte is a craftable drink and is a play on a lavender latte. The design of the cup is a standard teacup and is based on gold-glazed pottery. 
Forestheart Brew
A craftable drink.
The Forestheart Brew is a craftable drink, based on a mix between coffee and tea. The design of the cup is based on gold-glazed pottery and is meant to match the other cups in the set.
Lireal Mist Tea
A craftable drink.
The Lireal Mist Tea is a craftable drink. The design of the cup is based on etched glass and is meant to match the other cups in the set. It uses the mesh from the lavender latte, just retextured.
